1. 15% VAT Mandate
As a legally registered One-Member PLC operating in Ethiopia, we are required to comply with applicable Ethiopian tax laws, regulations, and administrative directives, including relevant VAT enforcement frameworks where applicable.
Accordingly, all taxable software products, API credits, subscriptions, implementation fees, cloud services, remote digital services, automation systems, and related commercial supplies are subject to a mandatory 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) under Ethiopian law unless a specific legal exemption applies.
This VAT is calculated and added during checkout, invoicing, or billing settlement.
No discretionary waiver, informal discount, off-book billing arrangement, or tax bypass request can be accepted.
2. Individual Developers and Retail Purchases
For individual developers, freelancers, startups, and non-corporate purchasers:
- VAT is automatically applied at checkout;
- the total payable amount is shown before payment confirmation;
- payment confirmation is generated through the selected payment gateway;
- digital proof of payment may be used for personal records subject to applicable law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring billing details entered at checkout are accurate.
